The Williams Memorial Hall is the kind of place that combines Fairfax's hometown charm with all of the modern conveniences necessary to hold a successful reception. Spread out over 4,000 square feet, the hall consists of two distinct meeting areas. Whether holding a business meeting of six people or a wedding reception for 250, we have accommodations to suit your needs.
This 60' x 60' room has the capacity to seat 250 people using our round tables and comfortable chairs. It can also be set up to accommodate theatre and classroom seating using straight tables as well. Also a sectionalized 8' wide stage is available for raised seating and presentation applications.

This 20' x 12' naturally lit room has a conference table and comfortable rolling chairs for 12 people. The room is an excellent choice for off-site meetings of small working groups.
Williams Memorial Hall also provides a hall resource manager whose responsibility is to see that your event is a success. Our manager will set-up the room to your specifications, will monitor the event and will clean-up once the event is over.
The two meeting areas are supported by a commercial kitchen, ice maker and ADA compliant restrooms.
